Each year, Eurial transforms more than 800 million litres of cow milk. The Group produces a broad range of cow cheeses:

  • stretched cheeses, such as mozzarella
  • soft rind cheeses such as Camembert, Coulommiers or Le Carré
  • pressed cheese such as Saint-Paulin


Mozzarella within the group

The group’s heavyweight
Worldwide, consumption of mozzarella is second only to cheddar. Eurial exports mozzarella to many countries: across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Each week, 8 million litres of milk arrive at the Herbignac (44) site, which is dedicated to the manufacture of mozzarella. More than 30,000 metric tons of mozzarella are produced on this site each year. It is sold in blocks and loaves, diced and grated.

Fresh or frozen
To meet the expectations of its industrial customers and restaurateurs, Eurial offers its cow cheeses pre-cut and frozen (IQF). The mozzarella is diced, or sliced into rounds, and Camembert is offered in rectangular slices.
